As a bidder, you can submit your tender easily and quickly in four simple steps:

Log in directly via link from the invitation to tender. You can find the link at the end of the invitation text, if the notice provides that an electronic offer via ANKÖ is possible.
You can log in directly with your Procurement Portal (vergabeportal.at) login data. If you still do not have an account, here you can create one free of charge.
Now select the wanted procedure from the list „Current procedures“ and click on „Create tender draft“. In order to ensure secure encryption of your offer, choose a personal encryption password. You can use it later to access the submission draft again.
Subsequently, fill out the given form by checking your bidder master data, entering the total sum from the List of Services and uploading all tender attachments such as the Standard Tender Form SR 75 (Standardsangebotsformblatt SR 75), the List of Services etc.

If you have successfully filled out the information needed, you can now sign the offer electronically.
Make sure that you have enabled electronic signature on time before submitting the tender. This is especially important if you are submitting an electronic tender for the first time.
eSignature with mobile phone or citizen card
Submit your tender for the respective eProcedure. Until the expiry of the tender period, you can replace your tender offer with a new one or withdraw your tender draft at any time.
After successful submission, you can download the submission protocol.
