The Efficient Way To Publish Contract Notices

ANKÖ's eProcurement-platform eVergabe+ allows contracting authorities to publish their invitations to tender in a convenient and simple way. Whether it is a contract notice in above or below the threshold, a direct award or a request to participate - eVergabe+ offers relevant online forms for all types of award procedures. In our clearly laid out system, users can find various features, including the publishing of contract notices, electronic opening of tenders to the award of contracts, among others. Revocations and corrections can also be submitted online, directly within the portal. eVergabe+ is an intuitively operable tool that was completely developed in Austria.

Three steps to publications of contract notices:

  •  Step 1: Registration via the ANKÖ homepage or https://evergabe.ankoe.at
  •  Step 2: Embedding of the notice in the contracting authority website
  •  Step 3: Filling out the forms and selecting the publication media (e.g. Official Gazette of the City of Vienna)

You can benefit from:

  • time and cost savings thanks to our integrated electronic processes
  • control and security through complete documentation of the tendering process
  • a clear design that ensures simple and intuitive use of the platform
  • a seamless link to the proof of suitability database in Liste geeigneter Unternehmen - LgU (List of Suitable Entrepreneurs).

Six steps to a successful procurement proceedure:

With eVergabe+, you retain control of the entire contract awarding process: from the publication of the contract notice and the opening of the tender to the award of the contract and the subsequent documentation.

  1. Publishing contract notices and inviting to tender
  2. Developing a contract notice
  3. Opening requests for bidding
  4. Reviewing bids
  5. Awarding contracts
  6. Documenting in accordance with legal requirements

Publications of contract notices have never been this simple and efficient! The entire awarding process happens on a single platform and with a single partner. Do you require additional information? Please contact us – our staff will be happy to advise you!
