Liste geeigneter Unternehmen® – LgU: The Suitability Database of ANKÖ

Contracting authorities use the LgU® to easily and efficiently verify the suitability of bidders. The LgU® contains more than 9,500 companies with their proofs of suitability in accordance with the Federal Procurement Act (Bundesvergabegesetz – BvergG). Through simple navigation, contracting authorities can check proofs of suitability and evaluations of suitable bidders and companies in the LgU®.

In only three steps to the suitability check

Contracting authorities can check the suitability of a bidder quickly and efficiently in three steps.

Step 1: Request account

In order to be able to fully use the ANKÖ – Liste geeigneter Unternehmen® (LgU), please contact us and request your access data. As a client, you can create an unlimited number of user accounts.

Step 2: Log in and search for companies

Then log in and search for the company you want to check for the fulfillment of the selection criteria.

Step 3: Check suitability

You can access all proofs of suitability and any information, export them all into a PDF document and save them locally in the same format.

No contracting authority? – No problem

If you are not a public contracting authority, the access to the companies you want to check must be enabled to you in advance. For this, you have the following options:

You can provide us a power of attorney of the public contracting authority you are working for, or
You can obtain an approval to enable access to the proofs of suitability for the companies that should be checked.

The costs for the suitability check

Prices depend on the number of accesses. The more suitability checks you carry out, the cheaper a single check becomes.

Suitability Check Made Simple – Contracting authorities can check the suitability of a bidder quickly and efficiently. The LgU – Liste geeigneter Unternehmen® (List of Suitable Entrepreneurs) enables contracting authorities to carry out suitability checks conveniently and easily. There are more than 9,500 companies registered in the ANKÖ database.

The database for proofs of suitability has been awarded “best practice” by the EU Commission. It is unique in Austria and across Europe.
